Cherry Creek North Duplex

Our clients had just purchased this builder-finished duplex in the heart of Denver's Cherry Creek North neighborhood when they enlisted our help to elevate a few architectural details and furnish it in a fresh, modern style. Having recently downsized from a large family home just steps from Boulder's Pearl Street Mall, they were eager to transform their new residence into a home that reflected their personalities and lifestyle.

The wife had an affection for draperies and a particular love of orange and green—though she happily embraced many other colors as well. And she wanted a colorful and dramatic carpet runner for the staircase. Referred to us by a longtime client, her very first words were, "I hear you do color." Nora was delighted to oblige.
